Shipping Costs

Regular shipping is a flat rate of $10 Australia wide.

Express shipping is a flat rate of $14 Australia wide.

Free shipping for orders over $100

Tracking

All orders are shipped through Australia Post. The tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when your order has been sent. 

Delivery Timeframes

We only ship within Australia. 

Alice Jean Designs is located in Victoria.

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and we usually pack and send orders within 1 business day of orders being placed. 

Once your order is with Australia Post, it generally takes a few days to be delivered in VIC, NSW or TAS, but at least a week to get to QLD, SA, WA or NT. Remote areas of Australia may take longer than a week.

Express post can speed up this timeframe by a few days usually.  

Pick Up

Pick up is not currently available, but if you live in Leopold (postcode 3224) we can deliver your order to your letterbox free of charge. On the checkout screen, when you enter your postcode as 3224, there should be an option to tick local delivery. If it doesn't appear, please contact us before placing your order so we can give you a free shipping code. Please only use this option if your address is located in Leopold 3224.
